RnB hunk Nick Jonas has thanked his army of fans for their support of his sexy new single ‘Close’.
The former Disney star, yesterday dropped his new song ‘Close’ (featuring Tove Lo) and also made the pre-order links for his new album ‘Last Year Was Complicated’, live.
And just hours after release, Nick’s latest hit track went straight to number 1 on the Billboard Twitter Trending 140 chart and is currently number 6 on the US I-Tunes singles chart.
With all the support for the new song, which is Jonas’ most personal release to date, it seems the 23-year-old is feeling rather overwhelmed and humbled by the success of ‘Close’.
Writing on Twitter, the singer and actor thanked his loyal supporters for the love they have shown the single and the buzz about the new LP, saying: “The love for this song and launch of this new album has been overwhelming. I am humbled and so grateful to my amazing fans. #Close #LYWC” (sic).
Fans of the former Jonas Brothers singer can pre-order ‘Last Year Was Complicated’ and also buy signed merchandise, which includes copies of the new album, from Nick Jonas’ official store.
You can download ‘Close’ from I-Tunes now, and ‘Last Year Was Complicated’ is due for release on June 10th.
